Currently in production, Neil's fourth CD is to be a pure concept album.
Working with Producer Paul Mahoney and co-writer Carl Stipetic, this album
is a complete return to Neil's rock roots. In contrast to Heartland,
the keyboard takes a welcome break, preferring instead to use more
'real' instruments which also means more guest musicians.

On previous albums, almost all of the recording and production has been
carried out at In A City. For the new project the tracklaying is shared between
In A City and The Blue Room Studio in Bingley. At the mixing stage Pauls
Pro Tools set up will be employed to give the final product the very best finish
that todays music technology can offer.
